Description:

LUKATOTAC®KOTA is a modified non self-cured phenolic resin, which can promote the adhesion between rubber and 

steel, polyester, rayon, nylon, aramid and other fabric cord.

Key features:

1. Compared to resorcinol, KOTA is fume-free, bloom-free, and environmentally friendly.
2. Offers better processing performance and handling capabilities than resorcinol.
3. Compared to RE and RF, KOTA provides superior performance; it does not cake even in summer temperatures and exhibits excellent storage stability.

Dosage:

Equally replace resorcinol, 1-3 phr is suggested; Must use with HMMM, 1/1.5phr(KOTA) : 2 (HMMM) phr is suggested.

Packaging:

Standard packing is 25kg , paper-EVA package.

Storage:

2 years from date of production, keep cool (approximately 25℃) and dry in closed original packaging;Do not stack too high.
