CO2 Neutralization Silica

1.Innovative Process & Quality

Use CO2 tail gas from sodium silicate kilns through a mild reaction. By precisely controlling structural strength, it prevents gel formation and significantly enhances product dispersibility.

2.Green Circular Economy

· Zero Emissions: Employs resource recovery to purify wastewater and convert byproduct salts into baking soda or soda ash for reuse.

· Carbon-Negative: Consumes 0.5 tons of CO2 per ton of silica produced, making it a sustainable, eco-friendly technology.

3.High-Performance Application

The unique structure of this silica is ideal for Green Tires, offering superior performance in fuel efficiency, braking safety, and durability.

Key features

· Micro-beaded silica offers excellent flow characteristics during transport and generates minimal dust during mixing.

·Primarily used in tire treads. Demonstrate good dispersibility in polymers such as NR, SBR, and BR. In compounds, improve wear resistance, reduce heat buildup, and enhance wet grip performance. The combination of these properties ultimately leads to improved tire wear life, superior wet traction, and lower rolling resistance.

· In non-tire rubber goods, our silica mainly employed in highly-filled, light-colored, and low-heat-build-up products such as hoses, belts, rubber shoes, and wire jackets, where it significantly enhances product durability.

Packaging

Standard packing is 20/350/700kg, bag package.

Storage

2 years from date of production, keep cool (approximately 25℃) and dry in closed original packaging, and don’t stack too high.
