Environment-friendly accelerator TBH

Description:

TBH is a kind of dual functional environment-friendly accelerator, use with sulfur, thiazole or sulfenamide accelerator in 

 NR, SBR, IR, BR, it can form stable flexible network structure, improve cured rubber’s anti-aging performance, and 

 significantly reduce phenylamine emissions during production and using  of tyre.

Key features:

1. Replace DPG , no phenylamine and nitrosamines will be created.

2. Good anti-reversion performance, can be used in many kinds of rubbers such as NR、BR、IR、SBR.

3. Good processing safety, prolong scorch time.

4.Same vulcanization accelerating performance as ZBEC,TBZTD. TBH can replace similar products.

Usage:

1:1 phr to replace DPG, 0.5 to 2.5 phr is suggested. Method of application is same with DPG.

Packaging:

Standard packing is 25Kg , paper-EVA package.

Storage:

2 year from date of production, keep cool (approximately 25℃) and dry in closed original packaging;Do not

 be stacked too high.
